Confirmation Classes
The Confirmation Class will be meeting at 11:30am on the following Sunday’s: February 26; March 11, 25; April 22; May 6, 20 and June 3.
Lectionary Bible Study and Potluck
Due to the Lenten Soup Supper meals on Wednesdays we have decided not to have the potluck lunches on Thursdays but we will con-tinue with the Lectionary Bible Studies. This will start on Thursday, February 23, from 1- 2:30pm in the lounge.
Women‘s Retreat
The Fairgreen Women’s Retreat will be held at the Lial Retreat Center in Whitehouse, Ohio on March 2 & 3, 2012. The cost is $40.00 per person. Watch for more details.
211 Free Tax Preparation
211 will be using Fairgreen’s Commons to hold free tax preparation for anyone that needs it. This will take place on Monday, February 27th from 10am-2pm in the Commons. You will need to call 211 to schedule a appointment. See the flyers on the Welcome Center.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 10th
The Deacons will be sponsoring a Spaghetti Dinner and I don’t know about you, but I can taste that yummy spaghetti sauce already. The menu consists of: Italian Spaghetti Sauce and noodles, Tossed Vegetable Salad Bar, Garlic Breadsticks, Brownies and ice cream with Chef Carol’s famous chocolate sauce and our beverages will be lemonade and coffee. The cost for adults is $7 and for children 10 and under $4. Also our youth will be serving the dinner and any tips that they make will go towards their mission trip for 2012.
Reminder: Go Green!
It‘ll be the Top o’ the Morning” for ye when you stay after church on Sunday, February 26! We will be bringing in March with St. Patrick’s Day shamrocks and a trinity of green, orange and yellow colors! Special activities are planned for the children. For sure, it’ll be a festive time for all ages!

Communion Table Flowers
If anyone would be interested in having flowers placed on the Communion table on Sunday’s to celebrate an occasion or maybe in loving memory of a loved one who has passed away, please feel free to contact Darlene in the church office and she will be more than glad to order the floral arrangement through our Florist at a cost of $25.
Care Card Ministry
Care Cards are available out in the Narthex for those of you who would like to send someone a note for: prayers for healing, missing them in worship, celebration of birthday or anniversary, prayers of love or whatever you would like to put in the card. Fill it out and then place it in the “mailbox” on the table and the church office will send it out in the mail on Monday.
This is a great opportunity to touch peoples hearts and lives.
